You have until March 31, 2009 to use your 2008 Smartflex Flexible Spending Account money.  In order to access this money, you will need to fill out a manual reimbursement form from the FORMS section above, and fax or mail it to First Financial before March 31. 

If you use your new debit Mastercard, the funds will come from your 2009 spending account.
